Timeframe: Patients can request to cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled slot without any penalty.
How to Request: To reschedule or cancel, please contact our support team directly via email or phone with your Order ID (e.g., DENT-XXXXXX).
Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the slot, any advance digital payment made through JazzCash or EasyPaisa will be fully refunded.
No-Show Policy: If a patient fails to arrive at the clinic for their scheduled appointment without prior 24-hour notice, the advance slot-booking processing fee may not be refundable.
Clinic Cancellations: In rare cases where the clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your slot due to unforeseen emergencies, you will be offered an immediate alternative slot or a 100% full refund.
Once a refund is approved by our management team, the amount will be credited back to your original payment source (JazzCash or EasyPaisa account) within 3 to 5 business days.
